Where data is stored
Order and canvas state are stored in our private GitHub Pages repository. Checkout and card processing are handled by Stripe. Site API traffic is processed by Cloudflare (Workers). Those companies act as processors under their own terms and privacy policies.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information may be transferred to the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our processors) as described in their documentation.
How long we keep it
We retain purchase and contributor records for as long as needed to run the project, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent or we delete them as part of a rights request, subject to any overriding legal retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (including marketing). To exercise these rights, use hello@americanwetware.com or the contact routes at americanwetware.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
This project is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
